The origin of our name

During a voyage off the coast of Sardinia, we saw blue flashes appear at the top of the masts before a storm.
An old sailor explained to us that they were the Fires of Sant’Elmo.
For sailors, they are considered a sign of good fortune during navigation. It is the silent presence of Sant’Elmo, watching over sailors through the storm.

Since that day, the name has stayed with us. A bond with the sea, with history, and with the energy that drives sailors around the world to navigate.
